Dr. Titus Foo is an experienced psychologist, educator and counsellor with over 40 years across military, healthcare and academic settings in Singapore and New Zealand. He began his career in the SAF, where his passion for mental health led him to formal counselling, eventually working with individuals from age 5 to 95 in both clinical and educational contexts.

Titus has lectured and provided therapy at institutions including NYP, James Cook University, The School of Positive Psychology, SUSS and universities in New Zealand. Trained in Psychology, Political Science, Philosophy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and more recently Constructivist Therapy, Titus brings a deeply humanistic, interdisciplinary approach to therapy. His work reflects a strong respect for human complexity and the interconnections between lived experience, culture and wellbeing.

Titus is also an active researcher and writer on parenting. He has co-authored books such as Negotiation Parenting and Intercultural Parenting and Psychology, and introduced the concept of Filial Parenting, which he describes as a model particularly relevant to smaller family units globally.

A frequent speaker at international conferences, Titus remains deeply engaged with developments in mental health, technology and global affairs, bringing rich perspective and empathy to every client interaction.
